I just have to say that Mark is very professional and he knows what he is doing. I have never met anyone who could help me the way he does. He is available pretty much 24/7 and unlike most people he actually cares and wants to see that everything gets taken care of to your satisfaction and more. He has taught me how to do certain things with my computer and my HTC Fuze that I never would have known they could even do.

I will never go anywhere else with my computer problems and needs Mark is definitely a #1 in my book and if you give him a try he will be in yours as well.

I have contacted Geek Matrix in an effort to rid my computer of spyware and trojan horses that have obviously attached themselves over the course of the year. My computer has been running at an incredibly slow speed and it has frequently frozen/locked up, that I have to shut it down and reboot it. My frustration level has been steadily increasing because I work full time as an accountant, and my computer is literally my lifeline. I estimate that I've been losing at least one hour of productivity each day because of the reduced computer speed.

After I explained my problems and allowed Geek Matrix to remotely take over, they spent over two hours reviewing everything on my computer, identifying all the problems and correcting them. My computer is again running at top speed, and I am delighted. I highly recommend Geek Matrix services to anyone having similar problems. They are courteous, professional, and experts at what they do.

I operate a small business and have called in IT support a handful of times
in the past for various things. We have never had anyone that I didn't
like. Our previous IT guys were caring and professional; they got the job
done. Then I met Mark and he completely blew me away. I'll just say this
-- you don't know what you don't know.

Mark brought solutions, ideas and good advice. He went above and beyond,
not just waiting for me to ask for a fix, but making suggestions on how to
speed processes and simplify my work flow. He's all about efficiency and in
my fast-paced business that's everything to me. He has made my life so much
easier and more productive. He's saved me tons of money on programs and
services I was paying for before that I didn't know were available on the
internet for FREE.

What Mark brings to the table I would have never even thought to ask for.
Things like auto-typing, which allows me to enter a key word and have a
whole paragraph or more written automatically. I use this for all kinds of
repetitious things, like writing real estate contracts & addenda, letters,
emails, etc. He set me up with auto indexing to speed finding any file or
program on my computer instantly. He set up my home office giving me access
to all of my work files from home. I have my laptop, my home desktop and my
work computer all synchronized with each other. Before Mark I didn't even
know that was possible. From any one of the three computers I can save work
that will be immediately available to me from either of the other two
computers without having to dial in. It's INSTANT. He created an online
shared file where I can save anything I want to share with my staff in the
office even if I'm at home, and vice versa.

Best part -- the support is constant. With his remote support service he is
always available to me. Remote support allows me to give him access to my
computer within seconds. This is great anytime I need him to see or do
something/troubleshoot something on the computer for me. No more setting
appointments and waiting days to get someone out to fix something. Remote
access gets things done on the spot.

And here's the icing on the cake -- his fees are LESS THAN HALF what I was
paying the other IT professionals. His knowledge is MORE THAN DOUBLE. He's
the smartest, savviest computer genius I know. I would never refer anyone
else!

After dealing with a well known computer company on the phone for 6 hours plus when our computer crashed, no way was I going to spend another 6 hours on the phone when less than a month later our computer advised us that we had a virus... the computer sat there for about a week.

Well I just happened to be at the right place at the right time. My son's school was hosting a Career Day, Geek Matrix just happened to be there. When I found out that he dealt with computers, I literally ran out the door asking him for help. Wow I thought, finally someone who we can talk to in person. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about. I contacted Mark, later that evening and he advised me that he would come out to our home to pick up the hard drive.

He came to our rescue, fixed our computer making us all happy that we have now found a reliable person to help us out whenever he is needed. Like I mentioned before, he knows his stuff and I would highly refer him.

Hi Mark,

Thank you SO SO much for helping me restore my computer to working condition. I spent the whole day trying to figure out how to make my internet explorer work correctly; I couldn't get any work done all day. But you took the time in the evening to talk me through it within minutes. I feel silly I didn't call on you sooner. You even helped me figure out a safer, more effective browser than Internet Explorer and I am flying around on the internet better than ever. I was seriously about to pull out all my hair until I called you....Thanks again!!

I am a full-time graphic designer with a B.S. in Design. Sometimes I come across technical problems within Photoshop and Illustrator that even with four years of training, I can't solve. I always contact Mark the minute I realize I can't solve the problem myself, and have never had to go any further.

Mark has helped me alter photos, change backgrounds, convert raster images to vectors, adjust levels and curves within photos, restore damaged photos, create very specific and complex text effects- just to name a few of the predicaments from which Mark has saved me.

It seems that there is no problem too complex for Mark to solve. The most beneficial part of contacting Mark with my technical problems is that he doesn't just solve them: he shows me the techniques so that when I come across a similar problem in the future, I'll have the tools to solve it myself. His level of technical knowledge is matched only by his level of patience. He is always willing to help me, and is always patient enough to walk me through the solution.

There have been many times during which I don't know what I would have done if it hadn't been for Mark's help. I will continue to work with him far into the future, and will recommend him to anyone who has technical computer issues of any kind.

I would like to thank you for your help in recovering the information
from my laptop.  With your information and the programs you installed, I have been able to recover my screen savers from my laptop, and have used the techniques you explained to begin saving my photographs, which are invaluable to me. The new programs are terrific time savers and organizers, and has streamlined communication with my clients.

I am impressed with Mark Caswell's enthusiasm, communication skills and professional demeanor. His knowledge of computers is over the top and he has taught me a great deal about computers.
